District Deputy Clinics – 2020 – 2021 North Carolina State Elks

To meet the needs of our members and comply with the laws of the State of North Carolina the meetings in August will be using Zoom, for you to participate with your computer with a camera or your iPhone or other devices so equipped. 

The Lodges need to provide to your District Deputy the email addresses and names of the Officers required to attend a DD Clinic. Please also identify the person doing the financial work.  If there is an email address for a computer or device to be used by other members at the Lodge, please invite them to join the Zoom Meeting. 

A Grand Lodge District Deputy meeting without spending travel time, without risking your health and that of your fellow members, and a chance to get updates and ask questions, could be a good opportunity.  Let’s try and see how it works.
