If your lodge has started to work on converting to the “Standard” Chart of Accounts as presented in the most current version of the Auditing & Accounting Manual; STOP!

Every lodge will still have to convert to and use the standard Chart of Accounts, just not the set currently available.  I know that I have previously urged all to proceed as rapidly as possible but with the passage of the resolution is resulting in major changes.  We (Auditing & Accounting Committee and the IT Committee) are planning to have a new manual with a new Chart of Accounts out by the first of September if not sooner.  So again tell all to hold off on any conversion until the announcement comes out.
