Important Updates
After the conference committee met with the hotel staff, we have a few important updates to share with you:

Cashless Hotel – The DoubleTree is a cashless property. All transactions must be made by credit or debit card.

Incidental Fee – A $50 per night incidental hold will appear on your account. This amount will be refunded upon checkout if not used.

Handicap Rooms – Accessible rooms are limited. If you require one, please contact Sales Manager Teirra Francis at 919-888-7268 as soon as possible.

Room Reservation Deadline – The cutoff date for the conference rate is September 23rd. After this date, the room rate will increase to $179 per night.
We encourage everyone to make their reservations early to secure the best rate and accommodations.
