The new version of the Auditing & Accounting Manual should be posted on elks.org this week.  With it we can begin the implementation of the Financial Reporting System (FRS).  Each lodge should have received an email from me with some description and instructions regarding the FRS.  Look for more announcement from the Grand Lodge including videos and more instructions.  Stay tuned changes will come quickly.
